Software for manufacturers who have to adhere to the strictest standards.
Business success relies on repeatable process. That’s precisely what we exist to build.
ReadyState Isolate replaces the spreadsheets, paper forms and email your quality system runs on today. Every record it keeps is stamped with who did it and when, signed where it needs to be, and ready for an auditor on the day they ask.
Getting compliance wrong costs time, manpower, money, and in the worst cases, freedom.
Most quality systems in manufacturing run on spreadsheets, paper forms and email. The records exist, but proving anything takes days, and the gaps only show when an auditor or a customer asks.
One job, from plan to handover pack.
A passing check moves the job on towards its handover pack. A failing one opens an NCR that closes only once a second person has verified the fix.
The quality control plan is built as stages and lines: what is checked, the acceptance criteria, the method, how often and by whom. It is approved under signature, and the floor only ever gets the active revision.
Pick the job and the stage. The checklist is generated from the active plan revision and worked on a tablet, with photos from the device camera.
A reading outside its tolerance band is flagged out of specification as it is entered, and the instrument that took it is recorded with the reading.
The failed line offers an NCR already filled in and linked to the job and the inspection. Defect type, root cause, containment, and the scrap and rework cost in rand.
Actions are assigned with due dates, completed with evidence, and verified by someone other than the person who did the work before the NCR can close under signature.
Every inspection, photo and signature for the job, in one PDF for the customer.
Isolate holds the chain, not just the files.
Isolate is built around the job and its plan, so one record runs from the plan to the customer’s handover pack. A spreadsheet or a generic document store holds files. Isolate holds the chain between them.
- Build the quality control plan for a product or job as stages and lines, with tolerance bands and the instrument type each measurement needs.
- Revision control on every plan: draft, review, signed approval, then active. The previous revision is superseded and kept.
- Mark the lines where work must stop for a sign-off, or where the customer or a third party must witness.
- Checklists generated from the active plan revision, made for tablets, with photos from the device camera.
- Measurements judged on entry. A reading outside its band is flagged out of specification at once.
- Completing an inspection signs it, and a signed record cannot be changed.
- One findings register for every problem, whatever raised it: an inspection, an audit, a safety observation or a report from the floor.
- NCRs pre-filled from the failed check and linked to the job, with root cause, containment and cost in rand.
- Corrective and preventive actions, completed with evidence and verified by a second person before the NCR can close.
- An instrument register with calibration certificates and due dates. Status moves from calibrated to due to overdue on its own.
- Daily pre-use checks per instrument type. A failed check takes the instrument out of use.
- A competence matrix per role and department, with certificates and a warning before anything lapses.
- Internal audits on your own checklists, written against the clauses you are audited on, answered on a tablet with the evidence beside each answer.
- Signing off an audit raises a finding for every non-conformity, onto the same register as everything else.
- Supplier approval status and a computed score, with the deductions that produced it shown.
- A task index and procedures for the work people do.
- Pre-task risk assessments, signed before work starts.
- Planned task observations on a schedule. An unsafe act raises a safety finding, and people without a login sign with a PIN.
- Complaints with response and resolution clocks, linked to the NCR they lead to.
- Feedback forms and surveys you design, with satisfaction scores.
- The handover pack: every inspection, photo and signature for a job in one PDF.
- A live dashboard: open NCRs, pass rate, first pass yield, cost of poor quality, overdue actions, calibration and training compliance.
- A task manager carrying everything assigned to a person, from any part of the system, until it is done.
- Reports on your letterhead as PDF, and registers to Excel. Monthly quality, NCR register, cost of quality, management review and more.
- Eight roles plus named privileges per person. Management sees everything and can change nothing.
- Electronic signatures on approvals, releases and closures, recorded with a fingerprint of the record so later tampering shows.
- A complete audit trail: every change, by whom, when, and what it was before, in plain language on each record.
Every claim here is true of the product today and can be shown in a demonstration.
Specified with a medium-voltage switchgear maker and built around their inspection plans, test procedures and handover packs.
The server stamps every action with the person and the time. Nobody types a date or a name in, and the history of a record cannot be edited, by an administrator or anyone else.
A plan is approved, a hold point released and a corrective action verified by someone other than the person who did the work. In a one-person quality team, that authority is granted to a named person and recorded on their account.
Every PDF carries the company’s letterhead, a reference number, who produced it and when, page numbers, and the signatures that apply.
Dashboards and reports are worked out from the live records each time they are opened.
Costs in rand, times in SAST, and a financial year from April to March unless a company sets its own.
Each company has its own address and its own data, with only the modules it uses switched on.
The fit is strongest where three things are true.
Isolate holds and organises the evidence. Certification remains between the company and its certifier.
Work is done to an inspection plan per job.
Customers witness tests, or sign off a quality pack at handover.
The business holds ISO 9001, or is working towards it.
A demonstration on your own kind of job.
Book a demonstration and we walk Isolate through work that looks like yours: your kind of plan, your kind of inspection, your kind of handover pack. Setup follows once you have seen it.
